This was a fun and creative challenge. I will likely continue to make them. It's crazy to look back and see how many life altering things have changed in one year alone. I think we forget all the little things in the day to day buzz, and this project offered a lot of perspective.
If you have played a part in my life in this past year, I toast to you - good, bad, or otherwise. Thank you for making it what it was. Thank you for walking with me, laughing with me, crying with me, teaching me a lesson or two. I wouldn't change it; even the painful parts as they stretch the heart and soul, and make us better versions moving forward. Thank you for helping me to grow.
I look to 2023 with anticipation of more change - some scary, some exciting. I turn 40 in 2023. I honestly didn't think I'd make it to 30 so this one has me kinda taken aback.
I do not intend to be the same person walking into this next chapter. I am intent on letting go of a lot of things I carried for far too long. Sorry, not sorry, if we do not recognise each other moving forward.
